OUR HISTORY

From a grassroots initiative to a force for change.

Founded in 1999, Kisan Bharti Vikas Sansthan (KBVS) began as a grassroots initiative led by committed social activists in Bhilwara, Rajasthan.

Starting with awareness campaigns in Sahara and Raipur, the organization promoted girls' education, women's and child rights, health, sustainable livelihoods, and natural resource management.

The mission of Kisan Bharti Vikas Sansthan (KBVS) is to empower rural communities in Rajasthan through sustainable development, better livelihood opportunities, and improved well-being.

With a special focus on women, children, and marginalized communities, KBVS works to create pathways towards dignity, equality, and self-reliance.

Empowering Women & Girls

Promoting gender equality through skill development, legal awareness, better health, and economic opportunities.

Health & Well-being

Improving maternal and child health while addressing malnutrition, hygiene, sanitation, and community health needs.

Livelihood & Skill Development

Equipping women, youth, and artisans with practical skills in tailoring, handicrafts, agriculture, and water management to build sustainable incomes and financial independence.
